Hope you have a fantastic birthday in the sunshine in Greece. I feel very lucky to be able to share this auspicious 65th birthday with you. I also feel confident that having reached this grand old age you will start to take things a lot easier (But I won't be holding my breath!!)
Thanks for everything you have done for me over the years, you are a true star and a great friend. I can look back on many of our days out in the hills and truthfully say they have been "UNFORGETTABLE MAGIC!" Thank you so much. I can't believe it! How do you keep so fit and full of life. Don't forget what you always tell me - you're only as young as the women you feel. Thanks for all the great times and memories over the years. I'll never forget the female impersonation on Lundy, the huge variety of hats and sleeping in the dungeons at Swanage to name but a few.

Hi Colin,
Hope you have a great birthday and great weather in Greece for the special day. Don't suppose the bus pass will be much use to you out there, but it can be very useful in the Lakes when you get back here, and for popping to the Post Office to pick up the pension!
Many thanks Colin for supervising my reintroduction to climbing when I pitched up at Rock Antics some years ago with Andy, and my steel Karabiners and hemp slings! The spirit is still willing but the 66 year old flesh is grumbling a bit. Don't suppose you'd like to share your secret of everlasting youthfulness?
